Terms of Use

Bloom is run by Rosewood Industries LLC, a South Carolina company. Last updated October 27, 2026.

The short version

Bloom is for adults. It's educational ideas, not medical advice. Everything is optional, and only with a partner who clearly wants to. You decide what's right for your body, and you take part at your own risk.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using Bloom at bloomintimacy.com (“Bloom,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Bloom.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18, and old enough to view adult content where you live. Don't use Bloom if you're not, and don't share it with anyone who isn't.

3. Education, not medical advice

Bloom shares general information about intimacy, relationships and wellness. It isn't medical, psychological or sexual health advice, and it doesn't replace care from a qualified professional.

4. Consent comes first

Every idea on Bloom is for consenting adults only. Only try something with a partner who clearly and freely agrees, and remember anyone can change their mind at any time. Agree on a stop word before trying anything new, stop immediately when it's used, and don't do anything while either of you is too impaired to consent.

5. Your choices, your risk

Many ideas on Bloom involve physical activity, flexibility, balance, restraint or sensation play, which carry a risk of strain, injury or discomfort. You're responsible for deciding what's safe for you and your partner, following the safety notes, and using any product only as its manufacturer directs. By using Bloom, you take part voluntarily and accept these risks.

6. Products and shop links

Bloom doesn't sell products. Shop links go to Amazon, and as an Amazon Associate, Bloom earns from qualifying purchases. Products are made and sold by others, so their makers and sellers are responsible for them. Read and follow each product's instructions and warnings, and check prices and availability on Amazon.

7. Bloom Plus and future paid features

Bloom is free today. If you join the Bloom Plus list, we may email you when it opens. Any paid feature will come with its own price, renewal and cancellation terms, shown to you before you buy.

8. Our content

Bloom's writing, design, illustrations and code belong to Rosewood Industries LLC. You're welcome to use Bloom for your own personal, non-commercial use and to share links to it. Please don't copy, republish, sell or scrape Bloom's content without written permission.

9. Using Bloom fairly

Don't misuse Bloom: no attempts to break, overload or get around how it works, and no use that breaks the law or harms others.

10. No guarantees

Bloom is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that Bloom will be accurate, complete, always available or right for you, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rosewood Industries LLC and its owners won't be liable for any injury, loss or damage that comes from using Bloom, trying any idea it describes, or using any product linked from it, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential. If we're found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Changes

We may update Bloom or these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use Bloom after an update means you accept the new terms.

13. South Carolina law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
